Melanie has always strived to live a holistic lifestyle consisting of regular exercise routines, healthy nutrition, hydration, adequate sleep, and a variety of self-care activities. For the last five years, Melanie has been practicing her true passion - helping others reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. With positivity, enthusiasm, and understanding, Melanie has guided many clients to long-lasting success in achieving and maintaining their fitness goals. Through personal training, small group, or group training, Melanie is there to help guide you through your health and fitness journey!
A life-long learner, Melanie knows that the journey to self-improvement is an ongoing practice. She regularly seeks new educational opportunities and certificates to provide competent, holistic, and effective services. 
Melanie's extensive knowledge allows her to provide a range of services, Weight-loss and conditioning, Core strengthening, Sport Conditioning and Box Fit Training.

– 2-year diploma Fitness and Health Promotions – Conestoga College 2013-2015
– Ontario Fitness Council – Platinum Level
– NCCP Level 1 Making Ethical Decisions, Basic Nutrition & Mental Skills Certificates
– BBSV Boxing Fitness Certification
