One of the best type of workouts for any level. You will be able to make it as intense as you want. We take your heart rate up and down with the use of bags, focus pads, gloves and floor work. You work at your own pace or keep motivated with a partner. We keep the floor exercises different each week so no chance of ever getting bored. We have all the gloves, bags so all you bring is water and a towel.
We have a couple of instructors that do Bootcamps and both will challenge you with a variety exercises. You will never see the same class twice. With battle ropes, bosu balls, weights DB or bars, stability balls, bands, slam balls, steps, TRX, skipping ropes, agility ladders, cones for suicides, tires big or small, bats, sledgehammers, spin bikes, elliptical and more to come!! This class is for every level from beginner to advanced and age is no issue. We have easy access to outside in the nicer weather with even more options to challenge you with.
Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Beginner Boxing Basics
This class is designed for those who are brand new to boxing and would like to learn the technical skills of the sport. We will focus on sport specific boxing skills, conditioning with full body strength training and cardiovascular elements. Applying skills using heavy bags, pad work, footwork and mental training. Try something new and get out of your comfort zone. This class will help you build confidence, Re energize and find enjoyment in your workouts! Class size limited to focus on personalizing skill sets.
In this class you will be focusing on sport specific technical boxing skills, conditioning with full body strength training and cardiovascular elements. We will apply skills using heavy bags, pad work, footwork and mental training. Relieve stress and feel better by the end of your session by punching it out, lifting weights and breaking a sweat. Class size limited to focus on personalizing skill sets.
Be prepared to fly around a step bench. Advanced step patterns with breakdown and then a culmination of patterns towards the end of class. A guaranteed 5000 steps in this class. Choreo galore with a lot of options. Beginners are welcome :) Everyone needs a challenge!! Advanced step not only challenges your cardio endurance but also your brain.
