I entered the world of personal training to guide individuals in becoming the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally. As a trainer there’s nothing better than watching a client regain their confidence and become healthier and stronger in the process. With my 2 years of experience at Goodlife Fitness, I've had the privilege of working with clients of all fitness levels and ages, including those dealing with injuries, mental health issues, vertigo, diabetes, and even extreme cases of stubbornness! Many of my clients describe me as tough but fair. I will have those tough conversations when necessary to hold them accountable and I don’t let them give up easily on themselves & their goals ! I firmly believe in the power of weight training to achieve a variety of goals whether it’s weight loss, weight gain, or rehabilitation. Nutrition misconceptions are super common, and I'm here to educate and support you on your journey to long lasting results!  The gym can be intimidating for beginners, but I assure you, after working with me, you'll feel comfortable and confident in no time!
