I have been in the fitness Industry for close to 10 years. I was certified as a fitness Instructor in 2009 and started my Instructor career teaching Kickbox cardio and strength classes. My passion for Zumba began when I went to one of my friends Zumba classes (or should I say “got dragged into…cause this girl didn’t know how to dance. Lol). From the moment the class started, I was hooked and eventually got licensed myself to teach Zumba and been teaching it for 7.5 years now. I want to show YOU how much fun a Zumba class is (you find something that you enjoy, you will stick with it). Not only will you have a great time moving to upbeat music ranging from pop, salsa, meringue, reggeaton, cumbia and a variety of other spicy flavors. Zumba builds confidence, improves your health, relieves stress (stress?...what stress??...squirrel!) and you will also have a chance to build long lasting connections with your fellow class participants.

 

Zumba is a dance based workout with fitness components disguised as Fun in a non-judgemental environment.

All levels and 2 left feet welcome. No dance experience necessary.
