When I began my fitness journey, I fell into a lot of diet culture traps. I believed that I had to cut out everything I enjoyed if I wanted to reach my fitness goals. I tried fad diets and online workout plans that left me feeling defeated with no progress. I discovered my love for the gym and began to develop my knowledge of nutrition and exercise to reach my own fitness goals.  

 

Now I have made it my mission to help others take control of their lives and get their confidence back through fitness! I want to help you reach your full potential and build sustainable habits that allow you to enjoy a healthy balanced lifestyle!
